Olympia Mitsopoulou chose a career in coaching because she considers it as a unique vehicle of positive transformation that brings out the best of people within organisations.
She founded Atom Wave in 2002, and along with her associates she has designed and implemented coaching programs for over 100 client organisations internationally. The Atom Wave "Solution Focused Coaching Skills" program for Leaders was shortlisted for the 2014 European and Mentoring Coaching Council Best program award. In 2017, she designed the ICF accredited ACSTH course "Internal Coach Certification" to address the challenges of internal coaching. Olympia considers measuring business impact and ROI of coaching of strategic importance for its future in organisations and has developed the "Zoom In - Zoom OutTM" model for evaluating coaching outcomes.
Olympia is credentialed PCC coach by the ICF (International Coach Federation), Program Designer and Director of the Atom Wave ICF ACSTH program, trained assessor for the EIA and EQA for the EMCC and has served as one of the judges for the ICF Prism Awards. Her academic background is in Organisational Psychology.
Olympia is based in Lausanne, and splits her time between working in Switzerland and Greece.
