HR Award for Schneider Electric - Atom Wave Mentoring Program

HR AWARDS 2022: We are very proud for the Silver Award in the Category Effective Use of Coaching and Mentoring that we won together with Schneider Electric.

The program designed was a Solution Focused Mentoring program that moves beyond the traditional mentoring concepts of "downloading advice" to the concept of "hosting genius".

 

Atom Wave has pioneered the design of formal mentoring programs since 2002 designing programs with:

  • Selection criteria for mentors and mentees
  • Training in developmental solution-focused conversations
